HMI: Builder Confidence Hits Highest Level Since February 2018

The NAHB/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index (HMI) rose 3 points to 71 in October, the highest level for builder confidence since February 2018. Forecasts ranged from a low of 66 to a high of 69, with the consensus 68.
