Some vulnerable Red State Senate Democrats have begun to announce they will vote to confirm CIA Director Mike Pompeo as the next Secretary of State.

Senator Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., announced he will vote "Yes" to confirm Mike Pompeo as the Secretary of the State Department.
