Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher will testify before the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday.

The U.S. Supreme Court reversed a lower court and granted the appeal of a florist in Washington who was fined for refusing to sell flowers for a gay couple's wedding.

The Supreme Court ruled 5 to 4 that law enforcement must have a warrant to gather cellphone users' location data, a big win for privacy and the 4th Amendment.
