Dr. Tim Shepherd talked to the Heritage Foundation about his concerns surrounding Obamacare. He does, indeed, talk about the patients who frequent his practice like they’re his own family. The following excerpt is from Heritage, as well as the links included to fact check:

According to a new poll conducted by Gravis Marketing for Human Events, Speaker of the House John Boehner, isn’t exactly in great shape with Ohio voters, particularly Republicans. Half of the respondents reported they would welcome a challenger to John Boehner in the 2014 congressional race. Respondents were registered Republican voters living in Boehner’s district.

I by no means endorse this plan as the best way to provide the best care for the most people. Indeed, that’s the heart of our health care debate. However, I do recognize that for too long, healthcare reform efforts – including the Affordable Care Act – have pitted our core values against one another. If you thought that the “phony scandal” strategy was over, then you were dead wrong. Kicking off his move to pivot to the economy at Knox College – which has to be the tenth pivot now – President Obama cited those pesky abuses of power as the main reason why he cannot get his agenda through Congress. The latest Obama speech was more of the same, except for one little nuance. Now, he is still going to lie openly to supporters who could watch Obama murder a child and still think he is the best thing since sliced bread, but he is going to do it for a really long time. That’s called a “cult of personality” and it’s almost as pathetic as it is dangerous.
