Congressional Republicans plan to introduce a resolution Tuesday calling for a second special counsel to investigate FBI and Justice Department misconduct.

The Trump Administration said "the fraudulent election" that took place in Venezuela was "neither free nor fair," calling returns "the illegitimate result" of a "fake process."

The Department of Justice (DOJ) said a watchdog will investigate "potential criminal conduct" in the Russia probe motivated by "impropriety or political motivation."
