U.S. Trade Deficit Narrows Slightly More Than Expected

The Commerce Department said the U.S. trade deficit in March shrunk to $40.44 billion, slightly beating the median economist forecast  for the deficit to narrow to $41.5 billion. February’s deficit was revised lower to $46.96 billion.
